Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Raleigh, N.C. We use local vendors as much as possible for various business needs.
Where are your products made?
We are committed to responsible, positive sourcing with an emphasis on Made in USA and fair trade made in South Asia. Imported items are made in South Asia with a focus on fair trade or community development. Other items are designed and created in the USA, almost exclusively by independent artisans or makers.
T-shirts are designed, dyed, and cut in the USA. Some are assembled in the USA and some in Central America. All production is 100% sweatshop-free and Platinum WRAP Certified.
Wine glasses, beer glasses, candles, most aprons, and cards are all made and printed in the USA. Tea towels are made in India or Turkey and printed in the United States. Art canvases are designed in the USA and printed in India.
When will my items ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days except for custom-made jewelry, which typically ships in 3-5 business days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order. You will also be sent the tracking information for your shipment as soon as it is available. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We are currently shipping to the U.S. and Canada. If you would like to place an international order, contact us at email@example.com for more information.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We use EcoEnclose poly mailers, rigid mailers, and bubble wrap mailers made from recycled content, all made in the USA. We use recyclable cardboard boxes made in the USA, as well as 100% recycled kraft tissue and shred made in the USA.
We do not place boxes within boxes or use styrofoam peanuts. We will occasionally re-use packaging from our vendors so that it is not wasted.
I need to buy larger quantities. Can you do that?
Yes, in most cases! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need more of something than is listed.

Can I make changes to my order?
We can make changes before your order goes into fulfillment, which is typically within 2-4 hours of placing your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make a change right after you’ve placed the order.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We accept returns or exchanges of unworn or unused items in original condition for 21 days. Please contact email@example.com to begin a return. We cannot accept perishable items such as food and candles for return.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard credit cards, as well as PayPal. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Masala My Life’s checkout process is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure. The SSL certificate uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
